Welcome!

Writer’s Cramp is the blog and site for B. Jenne’ Hall, writer, genius, and pathological optimist. She’s written her first book, is working on her second, and she’s trying to get published. Which from all accounts seems to be as approximately attainable as the gift of flight, but who doesn’t love a challenge?

Well, I know what I want for my birthday

Is there no end to the things that make my city the fabulous place that it is?? Check it:

Check in to the Heathman Hotel, check out a valuable signed first edition for a little leisurely reading.

I'd never heard of that. I love the Heathman for its restaurant, but wouldn't it be cool to go and stay for a night? I hope your birthday wish comes true.

Right? It seems to be a pretty well-kept secret among the natives. Who knew it had such a renowned reputation?

Wouldn't that be the awesomest, to sit in one of those comfy chairs with a well-worn first edition cracked open? I'm going to hope the birthday fairy is good to me this year and in the meantime, I'll have to think about which author I'd like to choose.
